Ali has been a facilitator and content creator for over a decade and teaching is her passion. Her passion expanded into coaching and now she is excited to take her passion with her into Personal Best. She is looking forward to more opportunities to witness and be part of the incredible growth and elevation she experienced and witnessed with her own group of co- participants
ABOUT Ali
Alis peer accountability group provides the necessary framework and direction for like-minded women and mothers to actively work towards healthy relationships with their partners and kids.
Ali believes the journey of self development is never ending as she considers herself a life long learner who is committed to inner evolution. Ali had been on a spiritual journey prior to completion of PB 1,2 & 3 but needed the grounding work that came from the entire personal best journey. That rooted work has created a foundation that has empowered her to step into heart led and soul led leadership. Ali left government work to pursue her passions to lead, guide and empower mothers to step into and anchor their sacred feminine wholeness. However, during her work in Personal Best she realized there was more inner work to be done FIRST. In order for her to lead in consciousness, confidence and clarity she had to clear her own limitations about worthiness, self compassion and old patterns that undermined her vision and goals for success, abundance, joy and ease.
Ali is an outspoken advocate for all kinds of mothers. She is a mother and a stepmother and her learning curve in both of those roles have molded her into the mother and woman she is today. Her own mothering wounds led her to this amazing path of growth and deep connection she is holy embracing. She uses the magic and the alchemy of her life experiences, her education (MSc in Family Studies), and her heart earned lessons in her work. She infuses her spiritual practices and gifts to create transformational education and coaching programs and retreat experiences for her participants. Her most recent work focuses on moms releasing resentment and feelings of unworthiness to find peace and empowerment within themselves.
Ali's fields of expertise include (but not limited to) of
trauma,
family crises,
mental health,
primary relationships,
couples remarriage,
addiction,
parenting,
parenting children with special needs.
Ali’s family is her greatest joy and her previous work as a couple’s coach has taught her more than a thing or two about what makes a remarriage work. She and her husband have been together for 20 years and married for over 16. Having a great sense of humour is one of the keys of success in those 20 years together.
MEETING FORMAT AND STRUCTURE:
Specific agendas have, or will be provided for each group meeting in the Resource section of your manual. The minimum commitment to a Creation Circle is 12 months. It is anticipated that members will continue on for subsequent years to maintain and continuously build on the momentum achieved.
Obviously the groups that run longer will have additional opportunities to incorporate more activities and a deeper understanding of the 12 pillars.
